Super Saturday at Revive Spa, Homewood Grove

Join us at Revive Spa at Homewood Grove for Super Saturday – a full day of movement, wellbeing and fun, with a fantastic variety of classes to try throughout the day.

Whether you’d like to discover the calming benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, build strength and flexibility with Pilates and Yoga, get moving with Dance and Aqua Fit, or finish the day on a high with Swing Dance, there’s something for everyone.

Every class is completely FREE to attend.

Places are limited, however, so all sessions must be booked in advance. This helps us manage class numbers and ensures everyone can enjoy the best possible experience.

Super Saturday Timetable

10.00am – Chair Yoga
A gentle and accessible way to enjoy the benefits of yoga from a seated position.

11.00am–11.45am – Seated Dance with Fleur
Enjoy music and movement in a fun, welcoming seated dance session.

12.00pm – Pilates with Rebecca
Studio

1.00pm – Dance with Rebecca
Studio

2.00pm – Tai Chi with Michael
Studio / Zen Garden

3.00pm – Qigong with Michael
Studio / Zen Garden

4.00pm – Aqua Fit
Take to the water for an energising and enjoyable fitness session.

5.00pm – Yoga
Wind down with a relaxing session focused on movement, balance and wellbeing.

6.00pm–7.00pm – Swing Dance with Janet Davis
Finish Super Saturday in style with an uplifting Swing Dance session.
