The Orangery at Siddington Park throws open its doors to the public this Christmas and New Year, with festive dining, party bookings and a Christmas Fair in the heart of Cirencester

The Orangery at Siddington Park is inviting the people of Cirencester and beyond to celebrate the festive season in style, with a full programme of Christmas and New Year dining – and, while it sits at the heart of the Siddington Park retirement village, the restaurant is open to everyone all year round.

At the centre of the celebrations is the Festive Menu, available Monday to Saturday throughout December at £29.95 for two courses or £33.95 for three. Diners can choose from starters such as Jerusalem artichoke velouté with caramelised onion and toasted brioche, or duck and Port parfait with spiced poached pear; mains including pan-seared sea bass with cockles and clams, braised shoulder of beef bourguignon, or a traditional roasted turkey with all the trimmings; and desserts from Christmas pudding to a vanilla crème brûlée with oat and cranberry biscuit.

For those marking the day itself, the Christmas Day experience offers a selection of canapés followed by three indulgent courses — from smoked salmon and Cornish crab terrine to roasted Gloucestershire bronze turkey, and a choice of desserts including passion fruit and white chocolate cheesecake — rounded off with tea, coffee and mince pies, priced at £100 for adults and £50 for children.

The festivities continue with a New Year’s Eve celebratory lunch to welcome in 2027, with a 2pm seating followed by live music (two courses £38.95, three courses £45.95), and a Cocktails & Canapés evening from 6pm to 8pm at £25.95 per person- the perfect way to toast the year ahead with a touch of sparkle.

Ahead of it all, The Orangery will host a Christmas Fair on Friday 4th December, where visitors can discover unique gifts and treasures from local market holders and talented producers, enjoy mulled wine and freshly baked mince pies, and welcome the season in true Cotswold style.
