Deferred Legal Completion
We understand that sometimes you just want to move as quickly as possible. With our Deferred Legal Completion Option you can move into your new Rangeford home whilst your existing property is still on the market.
How it works:

- Commence a 6 month tenancy lease and exchange contracts on your new home with a 10% deposit.
