July Round Up

A look at what the Wadswick Green Village Team have been organising to keep the owners active and engaged in July.

Firstly, we were thankful that we were able to welcome to new owners to our village with ease and a streamlined and safe process!

With covid-19 restrictions easing back we were able to open more and more of our facilities, returning that bit closer to normal life at Wadswick Green:

On the 4th July we saw the opening of the Greenhouse Coffee Shop and Restaurant with waiter service for owners and their guests, use of the terrace was really appreciated in the beautiful weather.

We were also able to open our Guest Suite for Residents’ family and friends to stay in when they visit the village.

On 8th July our Village Hall opened for owners to resume activities with social distancing measure in place – book club, arts and crafts and music group to name a few.

And on 28th July we were finally able to open the swimming pool and gym, an element of the village that has been dearly missed by owners.

The village team made the decision to keep the popular Village shop open – now offering fresh salad and vegetables for sale direct from the Wadswick Green kitchen garden.

We launched two new showhomes for our visitors to enjoy.

With the new way of the world we launched virtual tours of all of our apartments styles, to allow viewing from the comfort of your sofa!

Finally we held a very successful croquet and boules master class/tournament for owners on Friday 24th July, enjoyed so much we have scheduled another day in August!

We continue to support our owners in anyway we can and hope that as the summer ends covid-19 restrictions will continued to ease.
