Rangeford Villages continue to expand their specialist team at Wadswick Green, an exclusive retirement village for the over 60s in Corsham, Wiltshire, with the appointment of Rachel Gittins as Events and Community Coordinator.
Rachel was previously working as a Lifestyle Manager in a local luxury care home, with her main focus being on the activities and events on offer to residents. Rachel has also previously been part of the Care Team at Wadswick Green. She will be integral in supporting the resident’s wellbeing and improving their overall experience, through her wealth of knowledge.
Rachel comments: “I’m excited to be back working with the wonderful team at Wadswick Green, in a new and diverse role. The village is spectacular and I’m looking forward to working closely with the residents, to ensure village life is uplifting ang and fulfilling. The community here continues to flourish, and it’s going to be an honour to be part of it and help integrate new residents. The welcoming, friendly and inclusive nature of Wadswick Green is so important to me.
“There are already so many fantastic group activities and events at the village, so it will be great to help develop these further, contributing to the overall wellbeing of residents. I’m always keen to hear feedback and collaboratively incorporate this into the future, to ensure the community at the village feel heard and supported.
