The fees for safeguarding the facilities in our villages are completely transparent, so there won’t be any unforeseen surprises.
Helping you to enjoy life to the full, we have split the payments between regular monthly amounts and deferred some to when your Rangeford home is re-sold, letting you have more money in your pocket to spend on you and your loved ones, here and now.

At Rangeford Villages, we believe our fee monthly and deferred fee structure is a cost effective and efficient way to cover the expenditure, which may work out at lower cumulative costs than you may pay for the upkeep and major works on your current home.
The ongoing investment in preserving the high standards of each community gives homes the ability to increase in value in-line with the housing market.
What is included?
As well as the general management and upkeep of the village and communal amenities, the fees include concierge/wellbeing and transport services, all gardening and landscaping services, 24-hour emergency support response and emergency services co-ordination, and co-ordination of owner group activities including exercise classes. It even includes your home’s external window cleaning and building insurance.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO PAY?
You are responsible for your own home’s water and energy bills, council tax, home insurance, TV licence and general upkeep.
There may be an annual ground rent payable depending on the property of your choice. Information is available within each property listing.
All villages have a range of services available at additional cost, which could include: bistro and bar, social activities, hairdressing, spa treatments, care support, shopping, laundry and housekeeping.
