‘When there is flow, there is health. When there is stagnation, illness will set in.’

Qigong integrates physical postures (forms), breathwork, and visualization. While most forms are traditionally practiced standing, Qigong is adaptable for all, with postures easily modified for seated practice. The goal is to gently guide energy through the meridians, supporting the health, flexibility, and vitality of the body, mind, and spirit well into later years. 15:45 Monica Bazzani, Luna Sound & Energy

Gong Bath Meditation – This experience is designed to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness. As you sit or lie comfortably, waves of sound from gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other percussion instruments wash over you, helping to calm and quiet the mind.

The vibrations work on a cellular level, gently shifting brain waves from the active beta state into alpha, theta, and even delta, where deep rest, healing, and restoration occur. This transition activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the place of “rest and digest”—allowing your body to release stress, restore balance, and begin its natural healing processes

No effort is required—simply allow the vibrations to wash over you and trust they will go where they are needed.

16:30 Please feel free to use the swimming pool, or just relax in the sauna and steam room.

In addition:   Helen Bowle will be joining us from Tropic Skincare with a focus on products for relaxing, sleeping, bronzing and protecting your skin in the sun in addition to skincare advice. Prize draw open to everyone who places an order.
