Rangeford Villages Appoints New Land and Development Director

Rangeord Villages Development Director Daniel PerfectRangeford Villages, the award-winning retirement specialist behind the later living villages Wadswick Green, Wiltshire and the ongoing development at Siddington Park, Cirencester, has appointed Daniel Perfect as the company’s new Land and Development Director. Daniel is responsible for securing new sites and heading up their transformation into new retirement villages to add to the group’s growing portfolio.

Daniel has over 18 years’ experience working in residential development in London and the South East, with particular expertise in sourcing and developing later living accommodation. Daniel’s career path has allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge of the property market, overseeing the acquisition and delivery of numerous developments across the retirement sector.
