Rangeford Villages Expands Development Team

Rangeford Villages, the award-winning later living specialist, is expanding its Development Team with an important new hire.

Carlene Goodearl brings with her a wealth of experience, having worked in the retirement sector on both the client side and the contracting side for over seven years. She joins the development team after spending five years delivering incredible flagship development projects across the UK.

This is an important appointment for the team as Carlene brings proven project management experience, extensive technical knowledge and commercial acumen.

She will be leading on the delivery of Rangeford’s new Strawberry Fields village in Stapleford, Cambridgeshire, through the construction phase. Carlene will also be working with the sales and operations teams to ensure that the company achieves a smooth handover of their new village Homewood Grove in Chertsey in 2024.

Commenting on the new appointment, CEO, Howard Nankivell, said: “I am delighted to welcome Carlene to the team, as she will form a key part in helping Rangeford Villages secure its place as a leader in the retirement sector.

“And it’s a very exciting time to have her join, with the acquisition of two land purchases in Surrey and Cambridgeshire already confirmed.

“As part of her onboarding Carlene will be visiting our fantastic villages and sites over the next few weeks. I look forward to working with Carlene as we continuously strive to set the bar for quality of care and make a difference in the retirement living sector across the nation.”

Rangeford Village’s expansion has led to the creation of five successful retirement villages across the UK: Wadswick Green in Wiltshire, Mickle Hill in North Yorkshire, Homewood Grove in Surrey, Siddington Park in Gloucestershire, Strawberry Fields in Cambridgeshire, as well as the recent land acquisition in Dorking for the development of a new integrated retirement community.
