Case Study: Siddington Park provides everything I am looking for

We are delighted that reservations are now open at our latest village Siddington Park in Cirencester. We caught up with one of our first reservists, who has reserved a 1 bedroom garden apartment.

“We moved to the Cotswolds 25 years ago, so I am very familiar with Cirencester. Sadly, my wife passed away in 2018 and recently I had been considering whether to stay in my current home or move to a retirement village where care and assistance would be available should I need it in the future.

“I looked at two other developments, not in Cirencester, but realised they weren’t what I wanted, and did not have the flexibility in the use of facilities. Fortunately, I came across Siddington Park while looking online.

“Siddington Park provides everything that I am looking for: the ability to have help if and when I need it, the community aspect and The Pavilion’s Bistro if I don’t feel like cooking.

“Once I move into my new apartment, I will not have any worries about maintenance or gardening. All these tasks are taken care of.

“I am looking forward to taking part in the wide range of social groups and activities that will be available to owners, particularly crafts. I would like to get involved with small wood carving group, if possible, at Siddington Park.

“It will be nice to mix with new groups of people. I particularly like the fact that you can choose to be as relaxed or as involved as you please – there is no pressure to do anything.

“The whole set up at Siddington Park is what appealed to me, you can pick and choose what you take part in and everything feels inclusive.”
