One of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful settings invites guests to raise a cup for International Tea Day and Afternoon Tea Week 2026
As International Tea Day on 21st May approaches — and with Afternoon Tea Week (12th–18th August) on the horizon — The Orangery at Siddington Park is inviting guests to discover one of the most beautiful settings in the Cotswolds for the quintessentially British tradition of afternoon tea.

Set within the stunning Pavilion at Siddington Park, The Orangery’s signature floor-to-ceiling glazing looks out across immaculately kept gardens and a sun-drenched south-facing terrace — a setting that makes the experience of afternoon tea as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the palate.
Head Chef Danijel Furjan — whose distinguished career includes tenures at Michelin-starred establishments and celebrated Cotswolds venues including Barnsley House and Lords of the Manor — has created an afternoon tea that honours both tradition and the very best of local produce. Every sandwich is freshly made, every scone homemade, every pastry and sweet treat crafted in-house by the pastry team. Everything is locally sourced and made from scratch.
Guests are invited to settle into the light-filled restaurant or step out onto the terrace with a pot of artisan tea, carefully chosen from Born Wild — a local, independent tea producer. For those wishing to make an occasion of it, an upgrade to include a glass of sparkling wine or The Orangery’s signature cocktail is available.

The Orangery Afternoon Tea includes:
Freshly made sandwiches on artisan bread, warm homemade scones with clotted cream and jam, a selection of pastries and sweet treats, and a pot of artisan tea from Born Wild. Sparkling wine and cocktail upgrades available.
General Manager, Will Ryan, said: “Afternoon tea at The Orangery is everything this tradition should be — unhurried, beautifully presented and utterly delicious. Whether you are enjoying the view of the gardens through our stunning glazing or soaking up the sunshine on the terrace, it is the perfect way to spend an afternoon in the Cotswolds.”
International Tea Day on 21st May celebrates the cultural and economic significance of tea worldwide. Afternoon Tea Week — running 12th to 18th August — is the UK’s annual celebration of one of Britain’s most beloved traditions, now in its second decade.
Afternoon tea at The Orangery restaurant and terrace is open Sunday to Thursday 12 noon – 4pm; Friday and Saturday 12 noon – 8pm. Booking is recommended.
